  • I usually do 33hr fast. Only time I eat is every other day on workout days. After workout 4am I eat and 6pm I stop. I eat total maintenance cals 2500-2700. Getting stronger and not losing muscle. Got me all kinds of feathers showing. Lol. Muscle will show more once I load up on creatine. Lol.
