In this review video I talk about best selling fitness author, Tom Venuto’s, online fitness product, ‘Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a nutrition guide and it is really comprehensive. It will tell you everything you need to know about nutrition.

The author is Tom Venuto, he used to be a bodybuilder and now he trains physique athletes. So, it’s
his job to get people looking amazing. But this book is not focused on bodybuilders, it’s focused everybody, it tells you what you need to know about nutrition period and how to lose fat, if you have excess fat but mainly how to be absolutely healthy with your dietary choices.

Something to note, is that he prides himself on being an all natural bodybuilder which means he doesn’t do supplement which also means he doesn’t recommend supplements. He is not telling you to pose and he is not telling you to gobble protein powder. It’s going to be just food and it’s going to be good.

This book has been around since 2003. Only online, it’s just a PDF you download for yourself and that’s pretty amazing because things kind of have a short lifespan on the internet and this one is still really popular. So, you know you’re getting something of quality that people have continued to want for many years.

The book concentrates on nutrition and it’s basically like a college course of nutrition, when you get done, you’re going to know how to make diet plans for yourself, you aren’t going to have to buy
anything more.

But that’s a lot of knowledge to absorb and that’s really my only quibble with this one, is it’s going to be hard to get started you’re going to have to go through and spend the time to really, really, understand what he’s talking about and then you’re set for life, so that’s a pretty good trade-off.

There’s not a lot about workouts in this book, there’s a basic workout plan but there’s no pictures, plus there’s no guidance with that, which if you think about it is pretty reasonable. You’re not going to stay with a workout for the rest of your life. You’re going to get better and you’re going to get bored if you try to, so you have to go for another to another source to get a comprehensive workout but that’s sort of pales by amazingness of the nutritional information. So, that’s what I think about Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.

If you’re really into knowing exactly why you’re eating what you’re eating and how it’s going to make you really healthy and how it’s going to make me lose pounds, almost guaranteed, if you follow the new things you know.

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, would be an excellent choice and that’s Actively Lose Weight.
It’s great if you want a huge amount of information for your money.

  • I think you should know the difference between "natural" and "supplements". If you take protein powder, you're still natural. They're not chemicals, they're extracted from rich protein sources. Their quality isn't as good as naturally existing lean protein because they don't have all essential amino acids. Also, since they're consumed in a liquid form, the thermic ability of it suffers compared to protein in chicken breast say which is solid. However, they're still all "natural" and effective.

  • Natural bodybuilder which means he doesn't do supplements? Supplements are not steroids or drugs. Also there's nothing wrong with protein powder, it's arguably a less valuable source of protein than some whole food sources, but it's perfectly safe (depending on the manufacturer of course).
