Hi – there are a number of ways you can approach weight loss – you are trying to lose a LOT of weight, very quickly, so you’ll want to use most of them. If you figure out a plan, now, that you can follow for your 3 months, it will be much easier – the challenge of changing your plan every few days uses up the energy you should be putting into working out and watching your eating.
